CANCELLATION POLICY

Us bees be busy! We understand that unexpected things happen, and we all forget things sometimes! We just don’t want you to get stung. Out of consideration for our stylists and other guests, and to allow us proper time to fill your spot, please give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling appointments that are 2 hours or less, and 48 hours for any visits 2 hrs or longer. We will charge 50% of the cost of missed service(s) for no-shows or late cancellations. This also applies if you are late enough that it compromises our ability to give you a full service in the remaining allotted time. All bookings require a credit/debit card to be saved on file, and these policies will apply to any appointment made. Thank you so much for your respect and understanding!
